The service

TapJoy provides quick mobile games, highscore challenges, public rankings, social sharing features, and related account services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.

Accounts

You may play as a guest, but saving ranked scores, joining leaderboards, and sharing authenticated challenge links require an account connected through X. You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing information that is accurate enough for account management.

Fair play

You must not use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, modified clients, or other methods intended to manipulate scores, rankings, challenges, analytics, or service availability. We may remove invalid scores, restrict features, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe the service is being abused.

Challenges and public rankings

Challenge links are invitations to play against a target score and do not guarantee a prize or a particular ranking. Member handles, display names, avatars, scores, ranks, and challenge activity may be publicly visible. Do not include private or sensitive information in a public handle or shared message.

Marketing and communications

We may send account-management, security, service, and—where permitted—marketing communications. Marketing messages include unsubscribe controls. More information about data use is available in the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Analytics Notice.

Content and intellectual property

TapJoy and its visual design, game code, branding, audio, and other materials are owned by TapJoy or its licensors. You may use the service for personal, lawful gameplay. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law permits.

Availability and disclaimers

TapJoy is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free scores, permanent availability of any feature, or that every device or browser will be supported. You use the service at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

Account deletion

You may request deletion through the Delete Account control in your profile. Deletion is intended to remove the account and associated service records, subject to technical backups and legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact
